RETURNS INFORMATION
Not happy with your product or accidentally ordered the wrong item? Don’t worry, you have up to 7 days to return it for a full refund provided that it meets our guidelines
* Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
*Product should be return in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging along with its invoice/tags.
* Blackhorn reserves the right to refuse excessive exchanges and returns
Please note – the customer is liable for postage when returning an order
REFUNDING YOUR PURCHASE
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. Refund will be issued to Blackhorn or issued to the original payment method on request with 7-12 working days.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this usually takes a few days to go through.
We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective
