Shipping Policy

We ship all orders in India at a Flat rate via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
We aim to post orders the same day if orders are placed before 3 pm
Order placed on Saturday will be posted out same day cut off point will be 2 pm
All orders are given a tracking number

If the order is returned or lost, or if it is not delivered to the location you prefer We’ll refund the entire amount of the order including shipping costs.

If the Customer initiates a return in the manner described further below Blackhorn does not offer a refund for any of the following shipping costs:

1-Size Inconsistency
2-I didn’t like
3-Not necessary
4-Item delivered late

There could be limitations on accepting delivery orders in certain pin codes since the product isn’t able to be shipped to those locations. In such instances, Blackhorn will not accept the order online and notify you to provide an alternative pin code.

We would like to bring to your attention that the estimated shipping time is seven working days from the date of purchase.
